Biography

Qian received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2012 from Huazhong University of Science & Technology, China. Following graduation, he joined the Department of Engineering Mechanics at Tsinghua University as a doctoral student. He completed his Ph.D. in July 2017.

Qian will start his postdoctoral research at EPFL under Prof. Jan S Hesthaven’s supervision from November 2017.
